Is polyester a bad material? That's the wrong question.

- Ask about engineering, not just fiber content. A label that says "100% polyester" tells you almost nothing. Ask about the fiber structure, the finish, and the intended use case.

I understand why consumers are confused. Fabric labels show fiber percentages, not engineering specifications. Retailers don't explain why one polyester shirt feels like plastic wrap while another feels breathable.
